Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the services provided by Kristóf Török IT Services ("Services"). 1. While technically you can run Databases and other storage solutions on our Services, we strongly recommend that you do not store sensitive data or any data that is subject to legal or regulatory requirements.

You are strictly prohibited from using our Services for any of the following activities:
- Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or other harmful software.
- Launching or participating in Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks or similar disruptive activities.
- Conducting unsolicited marketing, including spamming or mailing.
- Scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of systems or networks without explicit permission.
- Hosting or distributing content that is illegal, including but not limited to underage or pornographic material, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.1
- Consuming excessive resources in a way that negatively impacts the performance or availability of our Services for other users.
1. If our CSAM detection system finds any underage content on our server, or if such content is reported to us, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and notify the authorities.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
Kristóf Török IT Services reserves the right to monitor your use of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP. If we detect any activity that violates this policy, we may take immediate action, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending or terminating your access to the Services, or reporting illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. Provide as much detail as possible, including evidence of the violation.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through email or our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
